This is a comp I guess for businesses
they do ask for your business name and turnover it's up to you whether you want to put your ebay name on there or not:D:D

• The Draw will take place on 1st February 2008
• The first three people to have their names drawn will win an HP Compaq Business Notebook 6715s Laptop PC
• Winners will be notified by email
• Only one entry per person
• No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize
• The prize may not be transferred to any other person
• No correspondence will be entered into. The Competition Secretary’s decision is final
• Entry into the draw is deemed as acceptance of the rules. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity in connection with the draw
• There is no cash alternative. ASC Finance for Business reserves the right to change the prize for one of equivalent value
• The draw is not open to any employee of ASC Finance for Business or their families
• The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. The closing time will be 11.59pm (UK time) on the relevant day
• ASC Finance for Business will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in the competition
• Use of false name or address, eg name by which entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize
• We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules
• These rules are governed by English law

I have a funny feeling that if you use a false company name they may change the rules to state this, as it does ask for a company name and nature of business as standard .
