I have not been to this chain of pubs before so I don't know if they are normally 2 for 1. Looking at the ones nearest me (Staffordshire) some have the 2 for 1 logo top left while others don't.

Perhaps the ones with the logo are always 2 for 1 and the others aren't unless you have the voucher. There may also be the possibility that the voucher can only be used at the pubs with the logo, I haven't checked the T&C's carefully. If this were the case the vouchers wouldn't give you a new offer.

Does it really tell you you're looking good or is it just that they can't spell complementary? Why not just say "free" which is more correct anyway? As for "least expensive" ....
    Can I help?

The voucher is only valid for the Chef & Brewer pubs, not all the pubs on the big list. Use the drop down and select Chef & Brewer then put your postcode in to find the ones in your area. It looks like Complementary can be with an 'e' or an 'i' :D

thanks I did not pay attention to that. They should make it clear seeing as theres another 1000 pubs which are not in the offer and we were planning to go. Now the nearest is 100 miles away.
