 You're correct Ember and you've done the right thing.
 My solicitor has just got back to me and he advised that you should employ a conveyancer and gave me the name of one but since you've got one, that's okay!
 As opposed to England, you can now say that you have a new property as the agreement is final.:j

 I have just phoned the Conveyancer in Glasgow, legal offer is going in whoo! hoo! We've bought a house in Scotland! Completion date set for 12th August.
