help with littlewoods sizes

i want to buy a shirt (mens) but dont understand the sizes

only size "3" is in stock (with sizes 4,5,6 showing, but out of stock)

i looked at their size guide but cant understand it

im used to S M L XL :rotfl:


anyone able to explain?
