Desperately need some help!

i currently have a credit card debt of £2000 at 10.9% interest. My credit rating is not billiant as i am a student, so was wondering if anyone could recommend a solution to reducing my payments. A nice 0% balance transfer would be lovely but are there any that offer this to mediocre credit scores?

Hi Tobias,

How do you know your credit rating is poor? Have you got copies of the report?

If you do know, what is it connected with, as £2000 of debt isnt going to cause you major problems unless you havent been paying it off?

i have been paying it off, but i'm also 9 grand in debt with student loans and have a £1500 overdraft!
will this still be affecting the score? what cards should i try and transfer my balance to?

As a student would it be possible to earn more, during the long summer break from college, and/or perhaps spend less?
