Free Laptop or PS3

Hi - I am an existing AOL customer and went into Carphone Warehouse today, subscribed to another 2 years with AOL (at existing rate so nothing different there) and received the choice of either a laptop or PS3 for just £15 delivery charge! Bargain!!

Innit! 2 years is a long time tho. And at £25 per month its a lot of money too...

I have been an aol customer for over 5 years and about 2/3 months ago got a free laptop from them via the carphone warehouse.

During the last 2 weeks my internet has stopped working about 6 times and I have waste hours trying to get it fixed.

From what I understand carphone warehouse is taking over aol, so the good service I have enjoyed for the last 5 odd years will most probably stop! + broadband prices are going down all the time!

I am really annoyed with myself for taking up their offer! :mad: I really dont mind paying extra for quality but If the service is going to continue to be like what I have experienced in the last two weeks its really a rip off!

Its not technically a freebie, you have to pay monthly subscription

I had been an aol customer for 10 years, I didn't see another 2 years as a hardship <especially as I am probably going to move to Florida!!!> I am still cheaper per month, I was paying £20 on BT and £25 on aol plat broadband, now I am £11 on bt and £24 on aol talk thats a saving of £10 a month AND I got a pretty good laptop.

I got the wireless router installed on the desktop and hooked the laptop to the wireless (I say I but it was my mate who is an IT wizz) the wireless has only gone down once since the start of December and the desktop would connect either so I assume it was one of the few glitches aol have now and them.

I am impressed, its a decent laptop and I pay less than I did before, I am sitting watching bad tv with it on my knees right now all snug and warm in a blankie with the heating pumping out lol
