I have a question regards the test case.
I keep meaning to do this with my current account (probably will this weekend), however, the test case means not a lot will happen at the moment, which is fine, but, i assume the bank will cite statute limitation, 6years blah blah, so if the get it next week, thats when the six years starts. However, whoever looses, is likely to appeal, and it could be 12 months before a final answer is given. Does that then entitle me to 7 years worth of charges - ie the last 6 years + any i acrue until the case is resolved.
