I used parcel 2 go back in October, they broke a computer by dropping it. i sent in my claim along with supporting photo's, i paid the extra for more cover, well today it is still not sorted they do answer my emals i am sending 10 a day, I ring them to speak to the claims department, claims do not speak to customers, i have got nowhere with them. I also paid for next day delivery it took 5 days to be delivered!! i have had torefund the buyer out of my own pocket and have a computer which is in bits! I DO NOT recommend this company 1 bit and will be contacting my solicitor to get this sorted now0
