30 days free trial and 500 extra Clubcard points if you sign up between 8am on 17th January 2008 and 10am on 18th January 2008. Points will be awarded within 30 days of a valid registration. You must add 10 titles to your list and have had a dispatch to be eligible.

Your trial will expire when we send your 3rd rental, or after 30 days, whichever is the sooner.

Like somebody said earlier does this mean you have to make a payment to get 500 points, all it says is valid registration, 10 titles and a dispatch.

If you do have to pay to get the 500 points for £4.47 you get £20 once converted which is good. We have just paid with tesco club card points (once converted) £1890 off a holiday to Tobago.

This was worth it just for the points - tesco points system is brilliant! with their deals, they're worth 4 times as much as in store. i've used mine for all sorts recently.

Could be this, free trial 6.4

Upon registering for your free trial, your method of payment will be authorised for up to three months of service - to verify your identity, and to protect us from theft and fraud. Some banks or payment card companies may reflect this authorisation against your available balance or credit limit. No actual charges, however, will be made against the card if you cancel prior to the end of your free trial.

Thank you for your email regarding a recent charge on your account.

Our records advise us that on 18/01/2008 you requested on our site to
change your chosen subscription package from a 3 disc subscription to a
4 disc subscription. This change took effect on the same day, which was
during the free trial period of your account.

Unfortunately, by changing the subscription package during the free
trial, the trial has ended as soon as the change has taken effect, and a
charge for the first month's subscription has followed soon after. This
is explained in our terms and conditions as well as on the page on our
site where the package change is requested.

I hope this clarifies things satisfactorily for you. I'm afraid we
would be unable to offer a refund for this charge.

It was my mistake for changing the subscription. :o
Beginner's mistake. Lost out on free dvd's hopefully not the 500 pts.

Did you do the same debjk ?
