Hi everyone. I was reading Martins's article about Barclaycard offering Free ID Fraud Protection Cover and have rang Barclaycard for further information.
I have been informed that the cover is now £69.99 and the Free offer was for one week only in December and you had to register online. If you want info then ring them on, not a free number either, 0844 811 9141. If anyone has managed to get through the loophole, please let me know how I can do t, I dont mind any private messages.
Sorry Martin for posting this. as I know your always right with your posts and threads

Capital One offer free ID fraud protection though - basically membership of Experian Identity Watch for free. This is available to all new and existing Capital One account holders - there's even a thread about it here somewhere.0

THanks for that Far, got enough problems with a Barclaycard, dont want another, lol but might give it a go just to get the protection from Capital One

This is a very different policy. You're talking about the ID fraud insurance policy - all barclacyards (well when i last checked a week ago) have basic protection - meaning a help service if it goes wrong. Yet they will try and flog you the insurance on top
