New Aldi In Dundee

Not very exciting but the new Aldi supermarket opened in Dundee today. It's on the Arbroath Rd at the old Morrison's sight.
They are giving away lots of tasters around the store & past the checkout they are giving away a free shopping bag (huge canvas type) and a free single flower in a glass vase.
Just thought someone might be interested.

Good news for Dundee. I miss ALDI since I moved to Edinburgh, always good value, and quality.
Anyone know what's happening to ALDI in Edinburgh. The Chesser proposed site sign has gone! I was getting exited too.

Ahh remmeber when i was working at my first store opening.... the mob were taking more than one at a time, and often you would see them back for another trip. They might have other stuff on during the weekend, we had a buffet thing and then a free bbq during the summer but expect the weather isnt that really great for one of those.The store openigns are always false i mean we were packing there bags in a normal day you wouldnt see that happening, unless old or need the help etc.Funnily enough im working at an aldi that used to be an old morrisons site, dunno if thats just a coincidence

At last- the signs were up it was opening last Autumn!!

It's closer to me than any of the Lidls, looking forward to some decent bargains.
