Has everyone got their Oli prize yet?

My necklace arrived today was hoping to keep it for a xmas present for an old family friend but think its heading for the kids dressing up box but it was free so nothing lost and 2 happy girls gained lol:D

I have received my CK continuity necklace and am thrilled with it. However, I am still waiting for the Miss Sixty compact which Holly told me was despatched on 19th December. I rang her today but she says ALL prizes have now been sent and you must address all queries to Oli on 0844 5565654 and speak to customer services.

Leanne at customer services checked for me and says my prize has never been sent as it is out of stock. I just have to wait and she cannot tell me how long.

Is it just me getting a bit fed up with being told different things by them?

I rang up week and half ago as i won (7) prizes:o in total and hadn't recieved any...
they all arrived bar one on friday last week and one yesterday.

everyone in my family now is the proud:rolleyes: owner of a cook yourself thin book! LOL

definitely ring them - I'm with Plusnet and use their online e-mail - none of my emails had been received...they are very helpful.

I haven't received my prize yet (set top box). I emailed them last week but haven't heard back at all. I'll have to get on the phone tomorrow I think. Thanks for the advice guys
