help please-desperate after OR interview!

Son has just had his OR interview, and it was a disaster! We are all feeling even more despondent and worried than ever! Son is living with us, as he cant afford to rent, and pays us £200 pm rent. He works as a barman, and has care of his one year old son during the week. He earns between £600-£750 pm max. He still pays…

I think an OR's personality should not influence whether you pay an IPA or not, i.e you should be judged by set rules and not be at the mercy of the OR, get a good one and you are ok, get a moody git and end up with an IPA.

The way I view BR is that you have paid to have your debts written off and the trade off is your credit rating is shot to bits, if you pay an IPA aswell then you lose all round
