Hi Guys,
I've got a 93 Pajero. Also have the wiring diag. But i'm a total novice with car electronics. Need to know what panels to open up for fitting the door wires, boot & bonnet wires. The ignition wires are also very complicated. Can repay with 10 MB Free web space for 1 year.
Cheers

I had a Pajero too, they would not insure it for theft without the Thatcham approved security. I would suggest getting an expert to fit one and supply the certificate for the insurance. I had a guy come to my house and fit the lot in an hour all neat and tidy and with certification. £99. Why mess about and botch itNO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! I would be happy to pay £100. But people are horrendously asking me for £250 which is totally unreasonable for an hour's work. Anyone knowns any cheap technicians near SE London or Dartford?
Cheers

To comply with insurance you only need cat 1, which is an imobiliser. For a Toad lazer key. it was £99 fitted for me. The alarm combos are more expensive. But alarms are useless anyway, no one pays them any attention. The important thing is to have it immobilised so no one can run off with it. Mind you I presume Cornwall is a little safer than London?NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!0
