Either way you will have to pay i think its about £2 or £3. I`am told to request one every 6 months or so, not that i do!0

You need both for complete cover of your records as some companies use only one.

For the first time round you won't need to pay. Infact they will pay you to look at it. Sign up to a free trial at creditexpert and then cancel it within a month.
If you set up your own referral site I believe you could earn £4 for signing up to https://www.creditexpert.co.uk. However unfortuately currently the easiest way to be paid is to use http://www.rpoints.com/x/?s=1391
However you will only be paid £2 because rpoints will pocket £2 of the referral money.
If you can wait I suggest you wait until the financial cashbacks are added to https://www.quidco.com then you will be able to get the full amount available to you.0
