£1.90 on a sandwich after vowing that I was going to have cereal for lunch. I've decided I'm going to do star jumps at home tonight instead of going for a £3.90 swim though to even today's spending out.

Just back from town - we did spend £27.00, between ASDA and LIDL - but that was budgeted. Resisted offer of free coffee and only spent 30p on parking. :T :T

PS - I also found a NHS dentist and managed to register both me and my wife. :j :j

    Good Morning :)

Not too sure today, depends how much of a shop I do. I need potatos and also tinned toms and kidney beans and mince. So not sure whether just to get those to see me through to the weekend or do a proper weeks shop :o

    Will post up later :)

    I will say £30 as a safe bet :o

    i spent £12

stir in curry sauce x 5
    pack of wraps x2
    pack of veg
    bag of spuds
    super noodles x2
    bottle diet coke
    mushrooms
    flora

not bad for £12 :o lots of things on offer at local co-op :o

still need mince, chopped toms and kidney beans for chilli though - will get those on way home and do a proper food shop at weekend i think :o
