been conned and then refunded on ebay due to a fake card

Sorry but if you want a genuine 8GB card for less than 60 tell us where to get them. the 8gb cards are pretty new to the market, the prices havnt had chance to drop enough yet but when you think the 4gb cards were £80 when they were released £60 for the 8gb isnt that bad. I paid £120 for my 1gb when it was released and £90 for my 2gb again after release. I waited before upgradeing to my 4gb and only paid £32 for it.

Your wanting fake prices for the real thing it isnt going to happen. the reason the prices on ebay and other marketplace type sellers is so low is that most are fakes and people are not prepaired to risk the money on the chance they get a fake card.

The only way you will get it cheaper now is if you find any discount codes for a site that sells them or have any vouchers. the alternative is wait untill the 16gb comes out and the 8gb will be about £30 then.
