Well, as my Council are still being useless in providing me with zero information about running a food business from home, I started a thread on MSE. It seems I may need a level 2 food hygiene certificate and I may need 2 sinks in the kitchen - going on the experiences of other MSE'ers.
The certificate I can do locally, I've just had a look, but obviously the '2 sinks' would be work needed although if that is all that would be needed i'd be staight down to B+Q!!
The 'posh' chocolate market is pretty full already so I will need to think of a way of making it stand out a bit. there was a programme last year where a guy paid off his mortgage in 2 years with a similar business. He went to sheltered accommodation etc and did demonstrations on how to make and decorate the chocolates and then sold them to the residents. That is an angle I'm going to consider adding in if I decided to have a go.

Bloody hell, it's freezing. I've just been down the driveway to retrieve the recycling bin and it is bitter out there and really windy.
Better go and see if my favourite 4 legged boy fancies staying in by the fire instead of going out!!! I think I know which he will choose - he has a much thicker coat than I do!!
