Can I use these eggs?

I hard boiled 2 eggs last night when making ds tea ready for my lunch today (they were supposed to be out of date on 13th Jan but did the float test and seemed fine) anyway I accidentaly left them out overnight in the kitchen instead of putting them in the fridge...

Do you think I can still eat them? I hate to waste them really (last eggs in the house but getting more delivered tomorrow)

You can keep them for a week in the refrigerator, so personally, I would chance overnight in the kitchen.

They'll be fine.. if your kitchen is anything like mine it gets freezing in there overnight anyway! .. Assuming they were still in the shells... if they were peeled then bin them!

peeled or unpeeled, I'd eat 'em :)
  • Over here they sell hard boiled eggs at easter in the shops and they are in trays on normal shelves sometimes they can be there for a few days, surely once their boiled they are fine overnight?
  • Thanks I will still have my egg sandwich after all then ;) they are in their shells although I always give them a bash after cooking (so they are a bit cracked on top) as someone told me it stops them turning black!!!!
