Question about quidco/virgin bingo

Hi I'm a bit confused and not sure if I've mucked up.

I opened a virgin bingo account through quidco tonight for the £50 cashback.

I only deposited £50.01 into the account and now I've noticed it should have been OVER £50.01. Have I mucked it up?

Also I deposited £50 and they matched this amount plus gave me a 10p bonus so now my account is sitting at £100.12. I'm spending my initial £25 now. Do I stop at £75 or £25 in my account?

Have they given me the £50 into my account instead of the quidco cashback or do you get both?

Sorry for all the questions help would be appreciated.

Ok I've spent my £25 and won £25 so my balance is back to what it was to start with. So I can stop now right?

well for starters the 100% match bonus you CAN NOT withdraw it states in virgins T&C's so that must be played, any money won with bonus though is classed as cash so you can withdraw that, theres so much though it gets confusing, have a read hrough virgins T&C's

I deposited 50.10. spent 25.00 from which i won 4.00 _pale_

Account shows 50.20 bonus :j and 29.05 Cash Balance.

my intention is not to play the 29.05, not withdraw it until 40.00 cashback is paid.

If i play which gets used first Bonus Balance Or Cash Bonus.

I spoke to Virgin today.

right the £50 bonus isn't used until you use the real cash. when you withdraw your real cash you lose the bonus unless you have already bet 10x the bonus amount (eg if your bonus is £50 you have to spend £500 in games before the bonus money comes into effect). If you spend your real cash in games then start dipping into the bonus cash, any winnings made from the bonus cash can not be withdrawn until you have gambled 10x the bonus cash on the site.

So basically once I have my cashback I'm withdrawing what's left of my real cash and giving the bonus money up.

Although that's if I get the cashback, not too confident as my account was suspended today as I'd registered an electron card and they needed proof of age, in order for them to reopen my account they had to close it and start again so not sure if that's going to null and void my quidco cashback. We'll see.

I have also spent £25 and some odd pence of my deposited funds. So far Quidco has tracked at 1p for me. Hope that it will soon show the £50.
