I had one a few years ago when my kitchen was too small for a tumble drier. With a condenser one I was able to put it in the cupboard below the stairs and not worry about condensation.

I found they took a little longer to dry the clothes than a standard vented dryer. Can't recommend a specific model as not had one in years but i'd definately use one again if I was short on space etc

sorry forgot to mention we got it through co-op electricals online and got a saturday delivery without having to pay extra! We have used them for various electrical appliances and have been very pleased.
We had been let down hugely by another online company...not sure if I am allowed to mention the name but let down 4 times on delivery( the final let down was when they turned up but forgot to put the appliance on the van!!).

They're great! Just remember to clean out your filter regularly and empty your water tray.

I have a Zanussi condenser dryer, first condenser I've had and I've been pleased with it - must be about 3 years old now. I bought it from a local company and didn't have to pay for delivery as I could just about fit it in my car!

Thanks for that debs, they will already get a black mark on the Northern Ireland forum because they deliver to Mainland UK only!

 Just checked the Co-Op site
At Coop Electrical Shop we deliver Monday to Saturday to Mainland UK addresses only.

  • I got a hotpoint on today!!!!!

Got it from john lewis using the £20 off code on this site so I think it was only £159 delivered, came an hour early and took away my old one (broken) for nothing.

Brilliant and it can go anywhere because it doesn't need a hose, i put it under my stairs to make room for a freezer.
