who has the best chocolate fondue receipe?

I am after the best chocolate fondue receipe out there. I am treating my husbands family to a birthday dinner and want to do this for pudding.

They are definately milk chocolate type people!

Any receipes would be gratefully received.

To serve about 4 people, boil a pan of water on the hob, then break up 200g of good quality chocolate (I use half dark half milk, but all milk works just as well) into a glass bowl, and pour over a standard tub of cream (about 142ml i believe). I tend to throw in a pinch of ginger or mixed spice to make it a bit more interesting , then place the bowl over the pan of boiling water. The steam melts the chocolate so it doesn't burn, and heating the cream at the same rate prevents seperation or curdling. Stir frequently so the chocolate at the bottom of the bowl doesn't burn, and the cream and choc mixes smoothly. Serve either in the bowl placed on a tablemat, or transfer to a fondue pot or one of those new bowls over a candle. I like to serve with piles of chopped strawberries, apples, bananas, pineapple, biscotti, cake chunks, grapes, marshmallows, pears, orange segments, well pretty much anything that's to hand really!
