A general cashback Query (not related to one particular site)

hope this is the right forums for this.
Up until reccently i have only been signed upto Quidco which has been fine and i've earnt a fair amount of cashback. Now i have started to sign up to a few other cashback sites such as rpoints etc. At the moment i am mainly interested in the "free" cashback as i am cutting back on spending. Now my question is firstly, can i sign up for an offer with more than one cashback site? obviously i may need to change my email address and logon information, but would i need to change anything else? Secondly, is there an easy way to see which casback site offers the best value for that particular site?
That doesn't seem very clear, so let me give an example. I have allready signed up to Pocado through Quidco and got £3.50 cashback. Now i see they are also on Rpoints for £1.50 cashback. Can i sign up again through Rpoints?
