Help KARAOKE Needed For Adults With Learning Difficulties

Hi
I help out at a night club that is run once a month for adults with learning difficulties and recently our Karaoke system (which was second-hand and had to be hit to work!!) was stolen.
I am HOPING to have this replaced with a brand new system (some one is going to give us some money to get a new one!)
Is there a system out there which
A) Is easy to use - so they can set it up & work the system them-selves (with a little help from me)
Is less that £1000
C) Can be used with a computer
D) Can be used as a PA system for outside events?
Any help would be greatly received
