I haven't heard of it or ever seen it in a shop, I have stopped buying magazines unless I have a voucher to get one for free, but I do like 'Delicious' magazine.

I made the prawn pilau from this months Easy Cook and I can honestly say it was the easiest thing I have ever made and it was delicious. It is definately one receipe that I will be keeping, although I was thinking of doing a batch cook of just the rice/curry paste/onions and freezing it in portions for when I do a curry etc..

I too have a subscription to this magazine and can honestly say out of all of them this is definately worth it. :)

I had a quick look at the Easy Cook magazine today and think I, too, will take out a subscription as the recipes all looked 'do-able".

Whilst flicking through the magazine I saw that there is a website that you can get the recipes from the previous issues from. I didn't make a note of the website as I thought I would find it easily but haven't had any success.

Would some kind person please give me the link.

    Many thanks
