Is it this post by Kazmeister that you're looking for. Towards the bottom she mentions Easycook magazine which is due out on the 16th.

Glad I'm not the only one who lives by it, I have all the back issues and I keep them all in plastic folders to stop them fallin apart as they are a permanent part of my kitchen !!!
Havent had time to go get the new one yet so getting withdrawal symptoms :rotfl:Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
I made the prawn pilau from this months Easy Cook and I can honestly say it was the easiest thing I have ever made and it was delicious. It is definately one receipe that I will be keeping, although I was thinking of doing a batch cook of just the rice/curry paste/onions and freezing it in portions for when I do a curry etc..
I too have a subscription to this magazine and can honestly say out of all of them this is definately worth it.Mortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

I had a quick look at the Easy Cook magazine today and think I, too, will take out a subscription as the recipes all looked 'do-able".
Whilst flicking through the magazine I saw that there is a website that you can get the recipes from the previous issues from. I didn't make a note of the website as I thought I would find it easily but haven't had any success.
Would some kind person please give me the link.
Many thanks
