More advice needed please :( depressed again

Hi all.

I have worked out now that i am currently paying:

£212.92 a month to Benficial Finanace (£4000 loan + PPI total of about £4500)

Lloyds CC i owe £1054.09 (limit of £1000)

Barclays OD £1000 (limit £1000)

I am bring home about £650 a month without commision (that aint much at the moment cos of the current market)

Lloyds have taking £130 on the 2nd jan from my account for Charges in decemebr which i encured because of one charge :( now this month i get a letter saying they are taking another £135 from my account on the 2nd Feb.

so already i have

£135
£212.92 coming out of my account.

i then need to pay £150 toward rent.

thats without even taking into account the CC and od i have to pay off.

i have signed up to a DMP which i am hoping to start in feb, well that is my start date. from then i will be paying £154 a month. for 3.4 years i have been told.

i am worried that Benifical Finance will not be willing to accept this as at the moment i am on 29.9% APR and as i have a crap credit rating then i cant move my debt to a lower loan. i get rejected :(

is there any advise on previous dealings with Benifical finiance are they likely to accept this?? if not what happens then?? can i still go ahead with the DMP??

regards

a depressed Jindebt

cannot help with Beneficial Finance but I would receommend that you open a parachute account asap to stop the charges upon charges. Other folk should be able to give you more advise but look into the basic bank accounts such as Coop and Natwest; you will need to make sure that you do not have any debts with the new account and there are threads elsewhere on this....

i have opened an account with natwest. just a bog standard one. no OD no monthly fee's nothing.

what do you mean about parachute account?

    thanks for the reply

just checked my original documents and i borrowed £4000 + the PPI comes to £4439.47 without the intrest. this is over 30months.

total repayment figure is - £6387.30

my current settlement figure is set at £3825.69. Once they recive my information from CCCS saying that i cannot afford this will they stop the interest? or what happens?
