Use your Shell Drivers Club card when buying fuel and get double points. Offer ends March 5th.
Also if you pay with an Egg credit card you will get 2% cashback credited immediately. Offer ends January 31st.
Our nearest Shell station is the cheapest in the area - cheaper than Tesco, Sainsbury and Morrisons.

I believe it is "participating stations only" in relation to the Egg offer - and no way I know of of finding out whether a particular station is or is not until you have purchased and checked your Egg account.0

Just a pity that they had increased the price per litre from 101.9 to 103.9 30 minutes earlier, effectively cancelling out the saving. :mad:0 -
Hello........think yourself lucky, we are paying £104.9 at our local Shell In North Wales !

But then again, I bet someone else will be paying more !0 -
I followed that link on the Egg site, and it simply pointed to a "find your nearest Shell station" page. So I'm assuming that it's any Shell "Select" station. I'll soon find out if my nearest one is a "participating station" as I need to fill up soon.
What is different about "Select" - where do they display the name? Is it obvious? Will this make a difference?
We purchased petrol from a Shell station on 8 January but no cashback shows on my Egg account.
I've asked Egg to confirm the particular station is not participating and all they did was to give me the link to the "find a Shell station" page (and tell me the date, place and amount of my spend and that cashback had not been given - all of which I had included in my original enquiry).
Absolutely useless link as it certainly led to the station (which I knew because I'd been there!) but no way still of finding out their participation status.
PS: I have now (21 March) had the cashback credited to my Egg account - with a secure message saying that they found that some cashbacks had not been properly credited and mine was one of them. I just wonder whether I would have got the cashback if I had not asked.0
