Natwest Step account and CTC

I have just tried to change my payment details to my new Step account with Natwest, but Tax Credits won't let me - because its not a "proper" Bank Account its not on their system.....
Anyone else have this issue and how do you get round it? I don't really want a Post Office account - I want everything in one place.

Phoned CB and they have taken the details gladly and even offered to pass the new payment details onto CTC!!!!

I get my tax credits into my step-account dla,cb,carers allowance and ALG!Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0

And me too before I asked for it to go in hubbys account so (like you say) everything is in one place! No problems with mine....phone them back and let them know you know for a fact they pay in the Step account.£2 savers club. No.90. Aim £500.0
