Things to use up

Hi
I have some things to use up, you know, those things you buy for something, then you don't do it, then it's OOD.
Tin of condensed milk
I was going to make Millionaires shortbread originally, but think we could do without such rich cake right now. Don't like Banoffee stuff. Any other recipes for less rich cake stuff?
Yogurt Cheese and strained Yoghurt
Following sudden milk surplus at the weekend I made loads of yogurt, gave some to a friend and still have some left. A cake using this would be nice.
I'm sure that there was something else...

You can make key lime pie with a tin of condensed milk. fresh cream and some limes - it's very refreshing. It's in the Domestic Goddess book. I could look it out if yu'd like.

There's two recipes in there - one is a lot more complicated and this one is over the page - it is a huge favourite in our house - well worth making.0
