income vs debt

just had a thought, whats the ratio of your income vs your debt. i think mine is average to high.

total income before tax: 37000

debt (excluding morg): 26725

whats yours guys
happy to be debt free (apart from mortgage: £111,000 @ sept 15)

    Income £6848 per anum (that's assuming 3 months SSP which I forsee this year, I work PT other times, not got the energy for much else :( )

    Debt £2600

    So.... 38% of my salary is debt

    was at highest nearly £30000 but i've been workin hard to clear it!!!:beer:

    26 between three catalogues

    think that's it- paid off the rest of the catalogue bills already this month and my overdraft is closing- will be shut within 3 weeks but even with that 8.7% of salary is debt- not too bad really!

    Shame nobody wants to give me credit when I have that much salary left! hehe
