Basic Home PC any better deals than this?

I was in Tesco last night and they had a base unit for a PC for £150.

I can't remember the full spec but I believe it had 80gb hard drive 512mb ram ddr2, can't remember the processor but probably a basic celeron. Running on Vista basic.

Now I'm no expert, I know the above is basic, and running on Vista it won't be the quickest. However I need a PC for my OAP parents who only surf the web, write a few letters and upload their photos etc, so I was thinking of combining this with a basic flat screen monitor (I believe Maplin are doing one for about £50-60), so for just over £200 I have a basic yet suitable PC.

Is anyone aware of any better PC's for a similar price or comparable PC's for a lower price?

can't comment on any deals, but I'd say 1GB memory as a minimum even for vista home basic
