    i briefly posted in your 1st diary ages ago. now after a bout of ill health im ready to throw myself into sorting out my life but could do with a good old chinwag and laugh (as well as support) along the way and i thought this could well be the place.

    Good morning everyone!

    Fingers crossed for you, GG! Hope everything works out the way you want it!

    I'm feeling pretty happy today with everything - still 6 days til we get paid after the longest time ever - (DH got paid 10 days early in December so it's been a 6 week month!!!!!) but we're doing okay, haven't gone over the overdraft limit yet......!!!

    Got organised, got a joint account, stopped overspending.
    Debt free date: December 2009 - we can do it!
    # IA's Lose the belly, bum (and the debt) challenge 2008

    Halve our debt in 2008 / Pay off the rest in 2009

    Goals by July 2008:
    * Former employer overpayment with £1,800 remaining...
    * 0% Virgin Credit card with £1,800 (we needed a holiday...!)

    It's my 40th birthday today and I am going out with my mum (DH working away last night :cry: ) - we're going shopping and for some lunch. I will probably spend too much, but so what? - I'm only 40 the once ;)
