Pink Princess - if you like it try horlicks before bed it worked a treat for me

Also ask your midwife if they offer any aromatherapy service as you might be able to get an aroma mix - you put a few drops of essentail oils on a tissue and leave by your pillow to aid sleep. I had something made up by my midwife it worked brilliantly but cant remember what it was
