argos prob please help

hi all, i got a pushchair from argos in july, by the aug the wheel have started to squicking, i tryed everythink to stop it but it wuldnt. so i got the receit out and took it back. they changed it straight away no probs. I just go the same pushchair as i didnt think it would happen again but it has! i dont want the same pushchair incase it happens again and there isnt any i others i like in there cat. But they say they can only give my a voucher with the full amout i payed for it. can i insist they give me the money? so i can go and get 1 from a differant shop?
savings for 2012.. New year new me.. Going to save save save... and not spend spend spend. :rotfl:
