Boots 75% sale

I hope everyone got a chance to get to boots today

I got contents for 7 birthday baskets, 2 mothers's day baskets and 2 fathers' day baskets for only £47 :T

Mind you oh was less impressed that i had to get him to come from work and carry the bags to the car (luckily he is only 5 mins away) - i tried to tell him i saved us lots of money - but it didn't really help lol

I didn't really think through the bags and 8 months pregnant thing lol :rotfl:

Well done you - will save a lot of time and money in the long run. I did most of my shopping (apart from my mum, who is an awkward mare!) in there today for minimal spend (plus aquired 4 skin care vouchers). Very pleased with myself :)

I spent £230 today  but everything I bought was 75% off and on my friends staff discount. I reckon it would have coost me over £1100 at full price. Plus the sales were split into small chunks to take advantageof the 100 points for a £15 spend netting me an additional 1000 points plus 10 skincare vouchers all spent on things less than a fiver! I've bought all of my Christmas presents (for people other than immediate family), all my Easter eggs and most birthday presents needed for the year:T. Now all I need to do is convince hubby it was really moneysaving! :rotfl:
I did go back for more in the afternoon but the shelves were empty. I will check them again in the morning when they've had chance to restock and hopefully treat myself with some points.

i went in today and bought 2 gift sets and 2 soft toy dogs for a total of 10 pounds. i will put these away for the church gift service in december where all the gifts go to the poor and needy locally. i usually can only afford 1 gift at 10.00...so this has gone some way to doing more for others.
i have also bought some pressies for next christmas when the were 1/2 price next year i will take my chance and wait for 75% reductions.

I spent €42 and saved well over €100.

If anyone's taking a trip to Dublin, the Boots inside the Jervis Centre is putting out new stuff all the time and the Debenhams nearby is having a 70% relocation sale.

I'm down to getting one full present and finishing off another, which will be German beer so will be done close to Christmas.

    Awesome!
