Alternative pasta sauces?

I am trying to find a pasta sauce that I can use for all of my family. Due to health problems and sheer fussiness, I can't use the following ingredients:

Tomato
Milk/cream
Cheese...although cream cheese can be tolerated
Mushrooms
Garlic
Bacon

This obviously rules out most of the standard sauces but I would love to cook one meal for all of us instead of 3 different ones!

Cream cheese and spinach sauce is pretty cool

Ricotta and spinach is even better.

OR try this white wine vinegar , some choped chillis , onions, sugar, and dark soy sauce..

FRY THE ONIONS AND THEN ADD THE CHILLIS THEN MOVE TO ANOTHER PAN USING SAME PAN MIX TWO TABLE SPOONS OF WHITE WINE VINEGAR THEN ADD 4 TABLESPOONS OF DARK SOY SAUCE THEN ADD THE SUGAR AND MIX WITH THE CHILLI AND ONIONS .THIS CREATES A NICE SWEET CHILLI SAUCE

For a real quick solution how about trying a can of soup - there's so many different varieties - but that could give you an idea maybe?!

Pesto usually has cheese in it.

If you type in 'pasta sauce' to the search facility at the top of the page, you'll get 22 threads with ideas. Hopefully there will be some ideas in there as well as the ones people will come up with here.

I like olive oil over pasta with some dried chilli flakes on top. (It's nicer with parmesan on top too!)

I always thought pesto had garlic in, but have just googled it and found a recipe without.
Will definitely try out the spinach and cream cheese, too.

Chop some left over sausages and toss in hot olive oil together with pine nuts and sultanas, a sprinkle of chilli seeds (to your taste) and plenty of fresh ground black pepper.(I put garlic in mine but you can leave that out) once the pine nuts have browned and everything is heated through stir in some just cooked spaghetti and a little extra oil if its a bit dry :j yummy
