hi everybody
put a claim in with barclays for a ppi which was sold us 2 years ago cost of ppi £14000 have started to the claim with barclays and have come back to us with a offer of £3700 if i was to refuse where do we go now please help

I think you send them a letter that you will accept without prejudice but you are still insisting on a full refund as you believe you were mis-sold, put in a copy of the original letter, and tell them you'll go to FOS if they dont settle soon, see the other main thread on PPI discussion, look through that as there is loads of advice etc what other people have done so far.
