Hey I did tell you trading was the way ahead!
I gave up scouting due to the player not working all the time and moved solely into trading and investing as there is so much more money to be made not to mention great music to be heard.
Heres my Purchase and current totals this month near on £60 up
£88.96
£147.48
I would highly reccomend giving up scouting *Trading is less work* and if you get chance buy any 51/50 contracts up to around £1, any Trail contracts under £1.50 and any Keyz under £1.35. All of these will rise to around £1-2 over what they are set at now when the albums are released in May time. Also consider the Bebo effect more members more traders better prices.
Hope this helps if anyone doesnt undersand how the trading side/ investing works reply and I'll do my best to help.

Hi Steve - I'm guessing the answer to this is no, but can you use vouchers in trading? Or is it just hard cash?0 -
Try the Piewatch link I posted above in the buzzword section (You'll need to close the spaces up) We have also put together a newbie guide that explains everything in layman terms!
Thanks. Yeh i found that piewatch link posted on the STP forum. It helped quite a lot. Am on 2 stars now, tryna get upto 3. Hopefully will be able to increase my accuracy a bit as it keeps on ranging from 83% to 86% so need to keep it constant.0 -

No unfortunately not...
In response to the above the reason behind the vouchers going in automatically is the new system they have in place.
The old system had stopped working and since investment was low Slicethepie decided it better you have the vouchers rather then nothing, they trusted the majority to invest it in the correct artist but truth be told I dont think many did.

The trading system is due to collapse as soon as the first sales figures come through.

Sadly your wrong, that doesnt prove anything if it is read correctly, all the big investors and names slamming it instantly.
Sales figures arent due and sadly I dont think they will come for a while.... trading wont collapse as only 9 of the 22 artists have there albums released and the big guns have yet to release, it is better run on speculation.
With the Bebo link up bands marketing their albums to a further (potential) 20 million people, you have to kind of admit that there is the oppurtunity there to make serious money, even if only a fraction buy an album you will be talking £££. Especially as 10,000 album sales (Not even starting to discuss single sales) would net £1 some of the financed bands are capable of selling above and beyond that amount.0 -
