Just wanted to clarify that i skip the ones that i know I'm not going to give a score between that range - then i still have some integrity and only rate what a track deserves.

How do you skip? I'll still give the great ones a 10 and the awful ones a 1 but I've been giving mediocre ones an 8 out of sympathy, perhaps not the best way to do it lol

For me that's probably too generous - I have only given one 10 in 340 tracks - however you should give a track what you think it deserves. You can skip a track by clicking on the last track you added in your watchlist - it's on the same page as the track you are listening to - it's a glitch. Click it and it will immediately skip and give you a new track.

That;s great thanks. Think I have been being too generous but sometimes I feel bad about my having nothing to say really about the average tracks and so score higher in apology lol

I'm getting some great funky tracks just now, which is a relief after some of the trash I've had. Have ploughed through 270 tracks in 3 days and made £15 really chuffed with myself. Sent off my application for AQA today too so fingers crossed.

Want to pay off our mortgage before I'm 30. so just 4 years to find £110,000 :rotfl: that'll be interesting!

If you hit a wierd track that you just dont understand, heres some tips for things you can write that are constructive.

Very experimental
Has a limited appeal
Shines / Fails to shine out in a niche market
Has appeal only to a niche market
This could turn out to be ahead of its time
This is like marmite, you'll either love it or hate it
I couldn't understand the lyrics...there was some lyrics, wasn't there?
The vomiting demon made me feel fearful
I cried when I heard what you have produced
I ran the full range of emotions while listening to your track
I dont think your track has uploaded properly
I think this will be overlooked here, try again but in a more specific scout room
This frightened my dog. I think thats probably the effect you intended. Well done!
It was interesting to hear something differerent but I dont think this is going to enjoy much commercial success.
(For really average hip hop) Mmmm. This sounds as good as many of the tracks I hear on the music TV channels that feature hip hop as their mainstream

The bad

Whilst i appreciate that screamo appeals to some for me it was unintelligible so i decided to make up what i thought you were actually saying

This track i am going to liken to candyfloss its nice and its tasty for a while but once its gone you realise that like candyfloss it doesnt have any depth or substance

I doubt very much that this track would appeal to those outside your particular genre

In these times where there are so many new artists i appreciate that its difficult to stand out in the market

The track lacks any sparkle

The track follows no linear path/ the trrack has no progression instead all i heard was a monotonous sound that got very repetitive

The good

A mark of a good song for me is whether it makes me want to get up and dance and this my friends was foot tapping tastic

the raucous sound and energy to this track was so good i wanted to get up and chuck things about my room but i dont think my mum would be too impressed

Guitar riffs a plenty with great hooks an awesome oppurtunity to practice my air guitar i loved it
