Hurray! Just made my first £5. I am so addicted. I was going to shoot for £10 a week from this but I have got to £5 so quickly I might put that up to £20. This is an awesome site and I'm really enjoying it. May try and get to £10 by the end of the day :):)

I am truly addicted to this and making on average £10 a day, how sad! My favourite artist is Jennifer Meade, she is amazing!

^ £5, and they send you a Paypal payment. It won't take you long to get to £5, I am there already and I only joined two days ago.

How often do you get paid by STP? And is there a threshold for payment, I have earned the grand some of 36p so far, but I am a newbie:rotfl:Also it says I have a tip, what does that mean and how do I access it?

How do you review fairly a track that you hate? I have had a couple where I have switched off mentally while they have been playing they are that bad (in my opinion). I am also having a problem with Gangsta rap. Now its not like I am narrow minded but I hate the language in it, the n word especially, and I don't feel that I know enough about the genre to review it properly. Any advice?

Righto, firstly you can withdraw directly to PayPal as soon as you have made a minimum of £5. :D Only to PayPal unfortunately.

You get a 'tip' every time you review 10 tracks. If you have a track that you particularly like, you would have added it to your watch list? If you go into your watchlist, you can then 'tip' that artist. The top ten or twenty artists that get the most tips will then go into a Showcase, where scouts will vote as to whether they should win the prize money for that scout room.

With regards to reviewing genres that you can't get on with, it is difficult. I try to be constructive, so perhaps "I thought that this track had real drive, and the underlying beat and bedding track were good. It's not a genre I'm familiar with, but I think it's a good example of it's kind"
If you don't like it, try and be constructive about why you don't. Perhaps "I felt that the lyrics just kept coming at you to the point where I couldn't hear the lyrics, just noise. Perhaps this could be broken up by a catchy chorus or sample"
Can you tell I'm not a big rap fan too?! :o:rotfl:
