heres a little helping hand if you struggle to write reviews, this may not be the way STP want you to work, but if your just in it for the money, give this a go.
i review about 50 songs in an hour, all you need to do is write your review in notepad whilst you are waiting for the 60seconds to be up, when the 60 seconds is up copy and paste.

I also suggest to keep your average up that you generally score between 4-7,

Things that you should think about when writing a review:

Length of intro- do you feel the intro was a good length?, was it powerfull, soothing, relaxing?

Vocals- are the vocals flat? the best you have heard in the room? , in need of some editing?

Music - does the music complement the vocals?, does the music need any variation?, is the msuic any good in your opinion?

Improvements- what improvements can be made?, increase the length of the intro? work on vocals?, vary the music,

Showcase - do you feel it has the potential to go all the way?

If you use some of those things in your review, you will certainly write the minimum required for any star,

I am currently a 3 star, i was 1 star until 60 songs and i was a 2star untill 200 songs.

thanks that's really useful. sometimes my mind goes blank especially if i'm trying to do other things at the same time as scouting so it's good to have a few pointers of what to say.

I signed up to STP last week after reading this thread. I'm always quite opinionated about music so I thought it would be nice to get a few pennies for my little rants and raves. at least it's an outlet for me!

I've managed to review 47 songs so far - my accuracy is around 86% - is that reasonable do you think? Trying to score songs according to how much I like them rather than playing at building up my accuracy score.

Still on 1 star. Is about the 60 song mark the time I should expect/hope to move up to 2 stars? when did other people get 2 stars?

I believe 86% is proberly a little below average, my average is at 91%, you see your average has to be decent for you to get extra stars, I know you see the artists upset at the way they are scored but at the end of the day, you are trying to make money here, and your stars wont go up unless you clcik what you think their averag score will be, Unless of course you are doing it for the love of music, there is no need to worry about your average,

I just suggest that you give the following

4 - very poor track
5- average track
6-good track
7-one of the best

Ive done nearly 1000 and im on 2 stars, but i dont care as it means i can do shorter reviews. Not too fussed.

sorry to be dim, what's notepad and how do you do this cos that would help me a lot. Is it word?

yes cassy just go to the facebook link, this will tell you your accuracy

yeh you can use word, notepad or wordpad is just a quicker loading version of word, it doesnt have alot to it, its normally under applications in your start up menu

I was 1 star until 80 tracks my accuracy is 86% now, I have reviewed 200+ and am 867th out of dont know how many.

Am not really fussed about accuracy or stars, I am now doing partly because its fun, and makes a little bit of cash for a bill or 2.

I think STP accuracy/stars seems to be a bit of a money chasing game for too many people on there. Its a bit sad really when some people have poured their heart and soul into a song.
