AOL always have a free one month trial. http://www.aol.co.uk/
Broadband...
No free trials around but V21 offer 512K for £9.99 for the first 2 months then £16.99 there after http://portal.v21.co.uk/sales_splash2.asp
The cheapest monthly 512K is probably ADSL4Less at £14.99 a month http://www.adsl4less.com/
Both are subject to connection fees of about £69 plus a small additional fee for the hardware.0
