I think the majority of places will , as long as YOU don't take on any more.
With the catering and hospitality industry they have a great tendency to ask you to cover for other shifts, but as long as you are comfortable in standing your ground , by saying no -it will be okay.
If however you want to take on more, then fine. The hours will more than likely be there. If you don't want to take on any more than a Sunday, then I strongly advise you do NOT accept overtime. These places have a habit of assuming that you will always want more work if you do and that is where the trouble begins.....0
