No proof of purchase

I bought a pushchair last April and the wheels have gone funny. It's worse than a tesco trolly gone wrong. I can't find the reciept, dispite putting it somewhere safe!!!! Will they exchange it for me?

How did you pay for it?
If you used a credit card or debit card you can use your statement as proof of purchase.0 -
No it was an exchange so only paid on my card about £3........0

They may be able to trace the payment details back if you can give them a date range they can search the statement will show them you were there and will allow them to see which card was used to pay and give you your proof of purchase.0

We can only trace back 3 months transactions the quick way. To trace a transaction from April we'd need to know the EXACT date the item was bought (should show on your statement), a rough time and the till you paid at. It would show that you had paid £3 on your card too. Hope you get sorted, I've had my fair share of dodgy buggy wheels!0
