Has anyone tried cancelling their subscription yet? What reason do you give for cancelling and what do they ask you?

just ring them up and get a note of the persons name saying that you want to cancel

your not obliged to give a reason - they may try and give you a big sales pitch about why you should stay etc but for th cost its not worth it

I haven't had any money, and am having problems cancelling by phone or e-mail - I e-mailed them to say I wanted to cancel, and that the line was always busy, and had a reply telling me to ring the same 0800 656 9000 option 4. I wouldn't touch experian or credit expert with a bargepole.

    Hi,
I used the credit expert free trial over 2 years ago, I was wondering if anyone has successfully signed up for the free trial for a second time?
If not are there any other free/nearly free options for checking your record?
Also, does credit expert's search show up have an impact on your rating/score?

    Cheers,
