extended warrenty on tv

i took this out in november but not had any paper work though or is it just the receipt from the shop what is the warranty

argos sent a leaflet in the post after about a month after i bought it and that had a number to call to activate the warranty (had to be within 30 days of delivery). they then send you the insurance papers (like car ins).

If it's an extended warranty that you bought and paid extra for and the TV cost more than £150 then you should have an Argos Direct reciept with an order number on it. Call customer services and find out what's going on with it.
If it's the free 3 year warranty that comes with certain TV's you should have been given a leaflet explaining about the warranty. It should say on your receipt 'Offer leaflet no. ###'. If you didn't get the leaflet then take your receipt back to your store and ask them for one.

I had a extended 3 years one but just got a normal receit as when you buy anything from them. Is that correct as it dosent say what its for etc Thanks
