good quality cheapish carpets?

Happy New year guys.

new year comes and we resolve do do up the house a bit. Can anyone recommend good quality carpet places with not bad prices?

I think we are looking for carpet which is a 20% 80% type (thats what the wife told me i dunno!)

I am round carrickfergus - larne vacinity.

also any good carpet fitters?

Hi,
We're in Carrick and have used Martin Phillips in Kilroot a few times. They have a good selection of remnants.

As for a fitter - I've used John Penney and he's done a good job (028 9335 1527).

I'm from Carrick too and always use TJ Warehouse (formerly House of TJ) on the Albert Road - maybe not the greatest selection in the world but reasonable and very cheap for fitting.
