£4000 Loan Over 3 Years No PPI. Where?

As title, can anyone advise me as to who is doing the best deals at the moment for £4000 over 3 years without Payment protection ins.?

Try looking at moneysupermarket.com or similar for comparisons.
The rate that you get will depend on your credit rating. Northern Rock is coming up with 5.7%, but watch out for PPI on this one.
Virgin for example at 6.9% is £122 per month with no Early Repayment Charges (total repayment is £4425 over three years). T&Cs here
It all depends on what you're looking for. Is it for a purchase? Have you considered 0% credit card finance?
