Not bad price I was looking at that the other day0

Has anyone else bought one of these? It seems pretty good value for the money with an impressive range of input sockets. Also I like the idea of the 3 year warranty. Picture quality is a bit waxy but quite acceptable for a second tv. One annoyance is the Electronic Program Guide which does not seem to work properly when trying to switch channels. Is this just my box or a general problem with this model?0

My mum has just bought this today for the kitchen (she has a 30' long kitchen!), and is not too sure about it. She is very impressed that Aldi have given 3 year warranty, and a 30 day money back guarantee refund. I know she had a few probs setting up as its linked to sky from the lounge but appears all okay. We are impressed and have told her to keep it, as it seems a great set for the money, sure its not a Samsung but heh what a price for a smart second tv!0

My 75 year old Dad queued and got 2 of these, and after he couldn't set them up, and was all set to take them back, I appeared to make everything better!
For the money they are really good value and a smart looking set. I have the Samsung M87, and whilst it is not in that league it is a good picture, and not too complicated!
Mum and Dad have his and hers sitting rooms so they now have an LCD TV each!
The freeview is quite good on the EPG front - didn't detect any problems so far.
LesleyNO EXCUSES - THIS YEAR IT'S PERSONAL..........0 -
oh i meant to go look at one of these
too late now i should think0 -
i went and got one today , seems ok
what like signal strength are others getting , im getting around 65% with a loft aerial0 -
I've got an indoor aerial with signal booster giving me just 59%. This is somewhat lower than the 65% my Sagem PVR shows when using the same aerial/booster. But it seems to be sufficient to give uninterrupted reception. It's strange nobody else has this EPG problem - must be unique to my box. Hopefully Key electronics will be able to sort it out.0
