    i would not bother mate!!!

    ntl cannot get bills right, i speak from experience.

    it was not until i cancelled ntl they admitted they had over charged me by £18 for the last 5 months..

    I have to agree! I have been with them since Feb and up till now have always have been overcharged! They cant get anything right!

    NTL's technical support is shocking too. It's a typical call centre, who appear to have less tech experience than me (and that's saying something). :eek:

    Yep i also agree,NTL are a shambles so if i were you i wouldnt bother going there.
